- Secure any necessary copyrights or permissions for content used in promotions
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are due prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

7. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to improve your book’s visibility, we make no guarantees regarding sales, rankings, reviews, or reader engagement. Results may vary based on numerous external factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services rendered.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
